1.1.1.  Simkot-Limi Valley Trek

            i.   Trek Highlights:

★             Duration: 14 Days

★             Grade: Easy to moderate

★             Accommodation: Tea House Lodge, Homestays and Camping.

★             Maximum Height: Lapcha La, 5018m

★             Key sites covered: Simkot, Kermi, Yalbang, Yari, Nara La, Hilsa, Limi, Lapcha La, Nyalu La, Dhinga Laga etc.

★             Key attractions/experiences

o   Gateway to Mt. Kailash; The only location in Nepal to observe Mt. Kailash and Lake Manasarovara.

o   Outstanding landscape of Great Himalayan, Trans-Himalayan and Tibetan Plateau traversing across the Simkot, Yalbang, Tumkot, Hilsa, Limi Valley, Lapcha La.

o   Pristine Karnali River, the only wild and free flowing larger river of Nepal.

o   Rich culture and traditions of Tibetan heritage; historical monasteries, including Halzi Gomba.

o   Outstanding geological formations and, biodiversity hot-spot areas,

          ii.   Itinerary (Trekking combined with Jeep Drive)

Day 01: Fly to Nepalgunj (150 m)

Day 02: Fly to Simikot (2950 m) and exploring around Simkot

Day 03: Drive to Kermi and Yalbang (3020 m)

Day 04: Monastery visit and meditation in Yalbang, Muchu and Tumkot

Day 05: Drive to Tumkot, Yari and Hilsa 3720 m via Nara La (4620 m)

Day 06: Drive to Manepeme and Til village (4000 m)

Day 07: Trek to Halzi Gomba (3660 m)

Day 08: Exploring Halzi Gomba and drive/trek to Jang Hot Spring (3930m)

Day 09: Drive to Lapcha La (Kailash View Point) and come back to Tugling (4370 m)

Day 10: Trek to Talung

Day 11: Trek to Shinjungma (3620 m) via Nyalu La (4990 m)

Day 12: Trek to Langdok Base

Day 13: Trek to Dhinga Laga (3250m)

Day 14: Trek/drive to Simikot (2950 m)

Day 15: Fly back to Nepalgunj and Kathmandu
